From a first analysis to a lean process – your success journey

1. Analyze

It all starts with understanding the existing process landscape: together with our clients, we identify gaps and struggles in the end-to-end company set-up to understand the actual need.

2. Goal Setting

In partnership with the responsibles, we define a goal describing the result of our cooperation, including how to make processes run smoothly and be future-proof.

3. Roadmap and Action Steps

Action steps, timelines, roles and responsibilities define the scope of change that is supposed to happen for reaching the goal. In this phase, most often focus is on the process only, ignoring possible impact that the changes will have on people. Therefore we provide a special focus in bringing together process changes and personal development training.

4. Evaluate

Constant evaluation helps us to track progress and know when adjustments to the roadmap should be added and identify the moment we have reached the goal.

“My passion is to support people in acknowledging their strengths.”

Caroline has gained extensive experience in the areas of OCM (organizational change management), training and coaching during her professional career. After a first career in the public educational system, extremely slow process changes made her leave out of a leadership position. During this time, she was leading local OCM teams following her passion about organizational and process development. 

She started her first self employed business in coaching and training in 2021 helping leaders and their teams to work in a strengths oriented setting.
The experience that people unfold their potential only in an environment where processes are smoothly running brought her into the world of process consulting. After one year of freelancing as a process consultant in a GMP environment, LCI was founded in January 2025.
